Where is Kooky Cookies located?

Kooky Cookies is located in West Knoxville at 10710 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934, directly across from Costco.

Is Kooky Cookies a franchise?

No. Kooky Cookies is an independently owned, family-run bakery based in Knoxville, Tennessee. We started as a home-based bakery in 2020 and opened our storefront in 2022. Every recipe, monthly flavor, and gluten-free option is developed and baked by our team right here in Knoxville.

Where can I buy your cookies?

You can visit our West Knoxville bakery, order online for pickup, have cookies shipped nationwide, or find us at the Market Square Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Are all cookie flavors available gluten-free?

Yes. Every monthly cookie flavor is available in both regular and gluten-free. Our gluten-free cookies are made in a separate enclosed gluten-free kitchen, baked in a dedicated gluten-free oven, and individually wrapped to help avoid cross-contamination.

Do gluten-free cookies cost more?

No. Our gluten-free cookies are the same price as our regular cookies. We do not charge a gluten-free upcharge.

Do you offer vegan cookies?

Most of our gluten-free cookie flavors are also vegan. Availability varies by flavor and month.

I have food allergies. What are my options?

We carefully track common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. Ingredient and nutrition information is listed on individual product pages. Please review each product before ordering if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

How long will the cookies stay fresh?

For best flavor and texture, enjoy cookies within 3–5 days of receiving them. Cookies can also be frozen in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 6 months.

What is the best way to enjoy the cookies?

For a warm, gooey cookie, remove all packaging and warm in the oven or air fryer at 350°F for 2–3 minutes, or microwave for about 15 seconds. Cookies with cream fillings should be kept refrigerated and enjoyed cold.

Do you ship cookies?

Yes. We ship cookies nationwide within the United States. Orders typically arrive within 2 business days. We ship Monday through Wednesday to help avoid weekend delays and keep cookies as fresh as possible.

Can refrigerated flavors be shipped?

Some flavors are local pickup only because they need to stay cold or are too delicate to ship. Shippable flavors are listed on our Ship Cookies page.

How much notice do you need for large orders?

Orders under 100 cookies from our current monthly menu can often be fulfilled within 24 hours. Larger orders, custom flavors, or branded corporate projects typically require at least 1 week of lead time. Depending on quantity and customization, lead time may range from 24 hours to 2 weeks.

Do you offer corporate gifts?

Yes. We offer corporate cookie gifts for clients, employees, events, holidays, and large gifting campaigns. We can ship to one address or multiple addresses, include custom branded labels at no extra charge, and add custom branded gift notes.

Do you make custom decorated cookies?

No. While we admire the artistry that goes into decorated sugar cookies, it's not something we offer. Instead, we focus on stuffed cookies, monthly flavor releases, gluten-free and vegan options, and corporate cookie gifts.

If you're looking for hand-piped royal icing cookies, we're probably not the bakery you're looking for. If you're looking for cookies that disappear before the box makes it home, you're in the right place.

Do you take donation requests?

At this time, Kooky Cookies does not participate in donation programs, sponsorships, fundraiser requests, raffle baskets, silent auction donations, or requests for complimentary products.
